A highly respected public sector organisation are looking for an experienced IT Trainer to provide delivery and documentation of social housing systems training for the organisation. This is a 6 month contract which will require some onsite training in London.

Your responsibilities will be to provide effective, engaging training through a variety of mediums such as face to face classroom training, floor walking, e-learning and written materials across a portfolio of social housing platforms. You will be required to build a suite of suitable training material including lesson plans, learning outcomes, user guides, presentations and training exercises.

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrable IT training experience within a social housing environment
• Proven training experience with housing management systems such as Aareon QL, Capita OPENHousing, Civica Cx, MIS ActiveH, MRI Housing Enterprise/Orchard Housing, MRI Housing One, NEC Housing etc
• Proven experience in building training materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of training principles and methodology
• Experience delivering training to varied group sizes
• Experience of creating reports to analyse training statistics
• Any relevant training certifications would be highly advantageous (such as TAP Diploma, CTT+, TTT etc)
