A large, diverse RSL going through extensive change and transformation are seeking an experienced Housing IT Project Manager to support them with delivery of their new housing systems specifically focussed on rents and repairs. This is an initial 6 month contract.

Your main responsibility will be to project manage extensive internal IT resource and third-party supplier teams to deliver rent accounting, voids, allocations, and repairs capabilities in the new housing management system. You will take ownership of the project plans, set delivery timeframes and drive delivery activities whilst managing third party suppliers (where necessary) and senior stakeholders through to C-suite level.

Essential Skills:

• Extensive Housing Systems IT project management experience within a large, complex environment
• Experience managing multiple projects at different progress stages
• Experienced specifically surrounding rents and repairs module delivery
• Project plan ownership
• Stakeholder management to C-suite level
• Supplier management
• Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, CAPM, CPMP, APM, MPM, CPM etc
