They’re looking for someone with proven housing and associated systems experience to join their established systems team. This role will be mainly remote working with a requirement to attend head office in London approximately once per week. Although the role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed-term salaried basis, there is genuine possibility of the role becoming longer term or permanent in the future.

As a Housing Systems Technical Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to provide ongoing development and systems expertise in relation to the housing, assets, mobile working and associated applications. Your day-to-day duties will include solution design/coding, system build, workflow, integration, interfacing, and testing for a range of housing systems. You will also provide technical specifications for system change/enhancements.

Essential experience:

• Extensive experience working with a range of housing systems such as housing management software, asset management software, repairs software, contractor/mobile working software etc
  
• Experience working within a similar role with development & technical focus including solid coding experience
  
• Database structure & dataflow
  
• User interfacing
  
• Integration and workflow
  
• Web Services
  
• Testing
  
• Technical documentation
