An established and evolving public sector organisation are looking for an experienced Housing Systems Project Manager to lead their housing systems change projects during an important transformation period. This role offers majority remote working with approximately some infrequent requirement to work from offices based in London approximately once per fortnight.

Your daily responsibilities will be to manage the IT element of multiple agile and waterfall projects across the new housing system implementation. You will work with existing project managers and BAU managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. You will work with project teams to gather requirements, design, test and build new housing solutions.

Essential experience:

• Demonstrable experience of working as a Housing Systems Project Manager on high-profile, complex projects or similar senior role with specific experience of Aareon QL, Capita OPENHousing, Civica Cx, MIS ActiveH, MRI Housing Enterprise/Orchard Housing, MRI Housing One, NEC Housing etc
• Experience of change management within a high-profile environment
• Experience of integrating & interfacing complex housing software applications
• Demonstrable experience of managing business processes & mapping and building relevant documentation
• Experience of supplier management & budget management
• Agile & Waterfall
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with both internal and external parties
• Asset management implementation experience would be highly desirable for this role
