They’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join the team to ensure the smooth adoption of new systems. This is a fixed-term salaried role offered for twelve months initially, predominantly home working with some requirement to attend Head Office in London as required.

Your main responsibility as Business Analyst will be to define the ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ requirements, map business focussed objectives into technical requirements for a range of digital focussed projects and provide documentation accordingly. You will also be required to support with some systems and data analysis and must be experienced in Agile techniques such as User Stories and writing Acceptance Criteria. This will be a busy and challenging role communicating with multiple business teams and internal stakeholders alongside multiple third-party suppliers.

Essential experience:

• A successful commercial track record in a Business Analysis capacity - including the translation of user requirements into technical documentation & defining and mapping business processes (As-Is & To-Be), process modelling and supporting some systems/data analysis
• Agile techniques – User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in particular
• Experience of various project management techniques such as WAgile, Kanban, Waterfall and Scrum
• Working with multiple project teams, stakeholders and suppliers within a large-scale environment
• Experience working within IT in Social Housing or Local Government and relevant business analysis certifications would be highly advantageous for this role, although not essential
