Our client is a prominent public sector organisation who are looking for somebody with solid social housing systems experience to be responsible for the effective management of their HMS and associated systems. This role has two days per week remote working.

As the Housing Systems Manager, you will have the primary responsibility for all social housing systems, including line management of a small team. Your day-to-day duties will revolve around developing, managing and the continuous improvement of housing applications. This will include preparation of business cases, stakeholder management and supplier management as well as ensuring any projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Essential experience:

• Developing, managing and continually improving social housing software
• Extensive experience with Social Housing Management systems such Aareon QL, Capita OPENHousing, Civica Cx, MIS ActiveH, MRI Housing Enterprise/Orchard Housing, MRI Housing One, NEC Housing etc
• Systems analysis
• Strong stakeholder and 3rd party supplier management experience
• Project management experience
