You will be responsible for analysing business processes within the core housing systems to create efficiencies, requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management. You will also be responsible for developing and presenting business cases for board review and project funding, alongside ensuring stakeholder engagement in projects throughout the business.

Essential Skills:

• A successful commercial track record in a Business Analysis capacity - including the translation of user requirements into technical documentation & defining and mapping business processes (As-Is & To-Be), to include process re-engineering and data flows.
• Experienced in building and presenting business cases to board level to secure project funding
• Demonstrable experience working with Housing Management Software systems such as Aareon QL, Capita OPENHousing, Civica Cx, MIS ActiveH, MRI Housing Enterprise/Orchard Housing, MRI Housing One, NEC Housing etc
• Demonstrable experience with other associated Housing Software to include asset management, mobile working, finance, repairs & scheduling systems such as Apex, MRI Asset/Orchard Asset/Promaster/Asset4000, Integrator, Pimss, Civica Asset/Keystone, Lagan CRM, MS Dynamics CRM, MHR iTrent HR, OpenAccounts Financials, FinancialsLIVE, SunAccounts, Totalmobile/Cloud Dialogs, Aareon Versaa/1st Touch, PanConnect, Mobysoft RentSense & RepairSense, Choice Based Lettings Systems such as Locata & Repairs/Scheduling systems MRI Repairs/AccuServe, MRI Maintain, M3 Housing, ROCC Core, Civica Cx Contractor Workforce & Advanced/ Kirona DRS etc
