Lioness Recruitment take their specialist experience to find specialist careers. A highly respected organisation are looking for an experienced CRM Support Analyst to join their busy applications team whilst the business undergoes a significant ICT transformation. This role will have a minimum two days remote working per week and is a 12 month fixed term salaried role.

Your responsibilities will be to provide support and development of the organisation's CRM system and related systems. This will include upgrades, configuration, testing and user training.

Essential:

• Solid experience supporting a CRM system such as MS Dynamics CRM, Lagan, Salesforce, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, Access etc
• Software implementations and upgrades
• Solid T-SQL development skills
• SSRS
