An established not-for-profit business are seeking an experienced Project Lead, with a background in housing needs systems implementation, to join them as part of their technology transformation journey. This role is offered on a part-time, 3 days a week basis and can be fully remote working. The successful candidate must be available to start this role by late September 2026.

This role will be a mix of 50/50 project management and business analysis. You will manage the implementation of the organisation’s housing needs systems, as well as providing business analysis in relation to the project. This project will include moving these functions from the existing system to the new system and service re-design, while ensuring a continuity of service during this transition, to deliver financial and efficiency benefits.

Essential experience:

• A successful commercial track record in an IT Business Analysis capacity from within a local authority or social housing environment
• Demonstrable experience of IT project management in a social housing or local authority setting
• Experience of implementing housing needs systems
• Change management
• Strong data manipulation and analysis
• Stakeholder management experience at all levels
• Third party supplier management
• Budget management
• Experience of various project management tools and methodologies
