A highly respected RSL are looking for an experienced NEC/Northgate Housing Business Analyst to support with their exciting projects. This is a daily-rate contract role, outside of IR35, and can be offered completely remote working for an initial three-month term.

Your main responsibilities will be the support and development of the organisation’s NEC system integration activity through using your expert product knowledge and business analysis techniques. You will be responsible for the road mapping of strategic systems improvements, supporting project delivery/management and seamless system integration by providing detailed specifications to be used by your development counterpart. Preference will be given to consultants with experience providing this type of consultancy across NEC Customer Service and Case Management modules specifically.

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrable expertise of NEC/Northgate housing as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong business analysis techniques such as process modelling/remodelling, use cases, root cause analysis, Moscow, PESTLE etc
• Experience working closely with system development teams and providing detailed technical specifications
• Strong documentation
• Exceptional stakeholder management
