Lioness Recruitment – careers handled with care. Are you an application specialist with expertise in IDOX Uniform case management software? If so, we may have your next consultancy move. This contract offers majority remote working with occasional visits to an East Midlands office (mainly in the first few weeks), for an initial three-month contract period with possible extension.

As the IDOX Uniform specialist you will have configuration and application support responsibilities of the platform. This will include tasks such as setup of emailing letters and document templates, etc. You must have recent, solid experience of the platform and knowledge of Uniform Enterprise would be a distinct advantage.

Essential experience:

• Experience working as a Super User, Application Support Analyst, System Analyst or similar with IDOX Uniform case management software
• Configuration and application support
• Ability to prioritise deliverables in a high-pressure, highly regulated environment
• Uniform Enterprise knowledge is highly desirable
