A change driven public sector business with offices in the Northwest are looking for an experienced Housing Systems Application Support Analyst to join their team. This role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days per week required working onsite at the office.

You will be responsible for the support and development of the business systems as part of a wider IT team. You will provide system support and development and cross-platform integration across the housing management system and repairs/scheduling systems. Alongside business-as-usual support, you will also be involved in a wide range of upcoming systems projects as part of your day-to-day role.

Essential Skills:

• Experience working as an Application Support Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar, within a housing environment ideally in a lead or senior capacity
  
• Experience with one or more of the following housing software systems: Aareon QL, Capita One/OPENHousing/Academy, Civica Cx/Universal, MRI Housing Enterprise/Orchard Housing/Castleton Housing, NEC/NPS Housing/ Northgate OHMS, MRI Repairs/AccuServe, MRI Maintain, M3 Housing, ROCC Core, Civica Cx Contractor Workforce & Advanced/ Kirona DRS etc
  
• Supporting system development / configuration
  
• Integration
  
• Analysis, requirement gathering & technical documentation
  
• Excellent third-party supplier relationship/management track record
  
• Supporting testing & deployment
