They’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience working on projects with Dynamics 365 specifically to join the team on their journey. This role is offered majority remote working with a requirement to attend offices in Hampshire one to two days per week, on average.

Your main responsibilities as Lead Business Analyst will be to gather requirements and provide root cause analysis to provide the business with system efficiencies as they move to new technology. You will support a small team in process definition, user story creation, testing definition, support and translate customer centric user experience into technical documentation. You will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Gantt charts, risk and issue logs/RAID logs, business cases etc. It is essential for this role that you have experience of supporting Dynamics 365 projects.

Essential experience:

• A successful commercial track record in an IT Business Analysis capacity
• Dynamics 365 experience
• Experience of various project management techniques such as Agile, WAgile, Kanban, Waterfall, and Scrum
• Technical documentation
• Working with multiple project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
• A business analysis certification and (ideally) another IT specific certification
• Agile techniques (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in particular) would be highly desirable for this role
• Experience from within a public sector setting would be highly desirable for this role, although not essential
