Lioness Recruitment believe it takes specialist experience to find specialist careers. Feel like a new challenge for an RSL on a core systems transformation project? They’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience working on housing system projects specifically to join the team on their digital transformation programme. This is a 12 months fixed term salaried role and can be offered majority remote working.

Your main responsibility as Business Analyst will be to define the ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ requirements, map business focussed objectives into technical requirements for a range of housing system focussed projects and provide documentation accordingly. You will also be required to support with functional specifications, sprint sessions, scrum meetings and collaboration with the wider IT team. This will be a busy role communicating with internal business teams, internal stakeholders, and multiple third-party suppliers.

Essential:

• A successful commercial track record in a Business Analysis capacity - including the translation of user requirements into technical documentation & defining and mapping business processes (As-Is & To-Be), process modelling and providing functional specifications
• Experience working with housing repairs or scheduling software such as MRI Repairs/AccuServe, MRI Maintain, M3 Housing, ROCC Core, Civica Cx Contractor Workforce & Advanced/ Kirona DRS
• Tenant Portal experience
• Experience of various project management techniques such as WAgile, Kanban, Waterfall, and Scrum
• Working with multiple project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Agile techniques (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in particular) would be highly desirable for this role
