Lioness Recruitment – Careers Handled with Care. A respected social landlord are looking for an experienced IT leader to provide interim cover for six months. They’re seeking somebody with a solid social housing and IT management background to keep IT on track for a strong future. This role is a mix of remote working with a couple of days per week in the office. This is a 6 month contract and is inside of IR35. Please suggest your day rate on application.

The organisation have their ICT & Digital strategy ready and need a strong IT & people manager to put it into action and make it a success. Your responsibilities in this key role will include overall responsibility of ICT across the organisation including Cyber Security, IT Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.

Essential experience:

• Senior level IT Management with a Social Housing organisation
• Implementing new systems and large projects
• Digital & IT transformation programmes
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing opinions
• Change management
• Internal stakeholder and third-party supplier management experience
• A passion for driving IT effectiveness and enabling organisations to achieve their business objectives
• A solution-focused approach as well as commercial and strategic understanding
• Keeps abreast of latest technology and it’s practical applications
