Feel like a new challenge and expanding your repairs systems skillset working for a close-knit social housing provider? They’re looking for somebody with proven repairs systems and data experience to join their team on a permanent basis. This role can be practically completely remote working with very infrequent requirement to travel to offices in the North-West.

As a Repairs Systems Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be to analyse user requirements, refine systems functionality, design stakeholder workshops and support in building business wide operational efficiencies. A solid background in data for analysing systems performance is also required for this role.

Essential experience:

• Experience with social housing repairs software such as MRI Repairs/AccuServe, MRI Maintain, M3 Housing, ROCC Core, Oneserve, Civica Cx Contractor Workforce & Advanced/ Kirona DRS etc
• Working within a social housing/local government environment; possibly in a Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Support, or similar capacity
• SQL
• Working on IT projects
• Building stakeholder workshops & training systems users
• A business analysis certification such as BCS, CBAP, CCBA or PMI-PBA would be highly advantageous for this role, although not essential
