A highly respected RSL are looking for an experienced Totalmobile Specialist to assist with support and development of their workforce management systems. This is a permanent role with two days per week required working from London based offices with the rest of the week remote working.

Your main responsibilities will be the support and development of the organisation’s Totalmobile system through the management of a small team of developers and systems analysts. You will be responsible for the road mapping of strategic systems improvements, project delivery/management and ensuring your team deliver day to day support and maintenance of the system. This role could suit a subject matter expert looking for their first step into a fully-fledged management role.

• Delivery/project management

• Team management/leadership/mentoring
• Solid understanding of application development with emphasis on business analysis, requirements gathering, development and testing
• Exceptional stakeholder management
• Third party supplier and contract management
