Office Relocation Project Manager

A respected social enterprise are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to assist with office relocation projects. This is an 18-24 months fixed term salaried role with agile working requiring weekly site visits.

The Project Manager will take responsibility for two projects: one will be to create a pilot workspace on a single floor at one office location, the other will be to identify suitable alternative office accommodation in another location and manage the fit out and relocation.

Essential:

  • Demonstrable project management experience in a Property or Facilities Management environment
  • IT skills including MS Office & MS Project for planning
  • Experience of procurement of goods and services in a regulated sector
  • Experience in planning meetings, events and associated logistics
  • Numerical skills with experience in reporting and cost control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
