Lioness Recruitment take their specialist experience to find specialist careers. Fancy a new role as a Helpdesk Support Analyst with an innovative public sector organisation? They’re looking to take your exceptional help desk and customer service experience to support their business systems.

As a Helpdesk Support Analyst you will be playing a pivotal role in providing first line technical support and assisting with developing new systems, processes and procedures in order to improve ICT Services. This role requires around 50% face to face support so requires somebody comfortable with dealing with people in person.

Essential :

  • First line helpdesk support
  • Solid, hands on experience supporting a wide range of hardware including desktops, mobile devices and telephony systems
  • Customer focused

Desirable experience:

  • Citrix
  • MS Exchange & Active Directory
  • Exposure to ITIL
