They’re looking for somebody with proven systems support experience to join their Suffolk based team. This role has two days remote working per week.

As an Application Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to improve and support of the organisation's business applications. Your day-to-day duties will include working on the improvement of business systems, systems reporting, system upgrades and testing. You will also provide 2nd line application support and liaise with third party suppliers.

Essential experience:

  • Demonstrable application support experience
  • Experience of supporting a wide range of applications to multi-site users
  • Experience of supporting HR systems such as MHR iTrent, Zellis ResourceLink, Cascade HR etc.
  • Financial Accounting systems such as Coda, OpenAccounts, Dynamics NAV/AX, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Sage 200/EM/X3, Exchequer etc
  • Systems upgrades
