An established public sector organisation are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Applications & Change Manager to lead their IT business applications team, and systems, across multiple sites during an exciting period of change & transformation.

Your daily responsibilities will include managing the integration of two separate software systems into one fit-for-purpose system for this multi-site organisation, managing and developing effective application integration and interfacing, ensuring your team provide exceptional process and technical documentation, managing an IT development team (KPIs, performance management, professional development), and managing third party suppliers.

Essential experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing IT staffing within a medium to large environment including KPI management, performance management and supporting professional development.
  • Experience of change management within a high-profile environment
  • Experience of integrating & interfacing complex software applications.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing business processes & mapping and building relevant documentation.
  • Experience of supplier management & budget management
  • Experience of working within an Agile environment, and managing teams in such an environment
  • Data management, analysis & security.
  • User training
  • Experience working within a Public sector environment would be highly advantageous for this role.
