Feel like a new challenge and expanding your project management skill set with an organisation underway with an exciting digital transformation across their IT systems? They’re looking for somebody with solid project management skills to lead the implementation of their new financial software system, and other software projects. This is a 12-18 month fixed term salaried role.

As a Project Manager you will be the key responsible figure and point of contact for a financial system implementation, leading to broader software delivery projects. Your day-to-day duties will include preparation of business cases, stakeholder management, supplier management, team management, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget. You will need to be a strong leader; positive and motivational, and have a solid understanding of the SDLC.

Essential experience:

  • Proven successful Project/Programme lead/management experience within an IT environment
  • Experience project managing/leading a Financial Software implementation with systems such as: Coda, OpenAccounts, Dynamics NAV/AX, SAP Business One, Infor SunSystems, Sage 200/EM/X3, Exchequer etc
  • Strong stakeholder and 3rd party supplier management experience
  • A sound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience of Dynamics 365/cloud-based software would be highly desirable
